    2. Part Replacement: Any defective or worn components are replaced with high-quality parts.
    3. Operating System Restoration: For Apple products, we install the latest compatible MacOS version (e.g., MacOS 14 Sonoma), which can take up to 2 hours per machine.
    4. Cleaning & Final Inspection: Before packaging, we thoroughly clean each device to meet professional standards.
      Given the complexity of this refurbishing process, minor delays may occur to ensure quality.
  • Handling Time:
    Our typical handling time is 2 business days before your order is shipped. This allows us to complete the refurbishing process, prepare the packaging, and ensure everything is ready for shipment.

  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number through your account on our website. You can use this to track your package at any time.

  • Carrier Responsibility:
    Please note that once the package is picked up by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any issues that may arise during shipping. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim directly with the carrier. We recommend keeping track of your shipment via the provided tracking number and contacting the carrier immediately if an issue occurs.
